Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Data Science and A.I. to
lead a team specializing in various A.I. disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Build, launch, and operate customer-facing models that create
impact for learners, tutors, parents, and teachers
Lead, mentor, and expand the Data Science and A.I. team while being
a player coach
Establish the team's long-term research strategy and execution
roadmap to solve complex A.I. challenges
Qualifications:
5+ years of successful leadership experience
Experience in designing and building complex yet performant
systems
Familiarity with Agile Data Science development (Scrum or
Kanban)
Ability to balance experimentation with building robust systems
Strong desire to learn and a passion for educational technology
