Job Overview:Graham Technologies seeks a senior IT Project Manager to lead mission-critical initiatives within Process Improvement, Center of Excellence (CoE) development, and Market Intelligence domains at our customer site in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in project management, process optimization, and stakeholder collaboration and be able to operate in high-security environments.Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Oversee and manage complex IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
• Process Improvement: Drive process design and optimization efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the enterprise.
• Center of Excellence Development: Establish and support the growth of a Center of Excellence (CoE) focused on delivering best practices, standards, and innovation.
• Market Intelligence: Lead efforts to gather, analyze, and leverage market intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and project prioritization.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements, set priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
• Risk Management: Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor project performance, report on progress, and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Compliance: Ensure all project activities meet security, regulatory, and organizational compliance requirements.Qualifications:Required:
  • Clearance: Must possess an active Q clearance or TS/SCI.
  • Experience: Minimum of seven (7) years as a Senior IT Project Manager managing large-scale IT projects in a secure environment.Skills:
    • Strong background in process improvement, Center of Excellence development, or market intelligence initiatives.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.).
    • Ability to manage competing priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver under tight deadlines.
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Lean Six Sigma.Preferred:
      • Experience in federal or government agency projects, particularly within highly secure environments.
      • Expertise in process automation and digital transformation.
      • Advanced knowledge of market research tools and methodologies.
