Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Program Manager to
strategically drive initiatives and oversee HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-level project management and assist with all project
aspects from approval to success metrics validation
Drive compliance for federal, state, and local regulations,
including managing audits and ensuring adherence to
requirements
Manage the employee experience in office spaces, oversee benefits
enrollment, and execute retention strategies
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a compliance-focused role
3+ years of managerial experience
Experience proposing updates to processes based on data
Experience rolling out initiatives to a large team
Familiarity with multi-state employment laws
