    • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with print and digital media solutions is a must.
      
    • Tech-Savvy Approach: Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
      
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
