In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using the .NET Core and related technologies. This position requires a strong understanding of .NET development practices and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code, with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and other developers to define and implement innovative features and solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and share knowledge within the team.
• Implement and maintain best practices in code organization, testing, and deployment to ensure a maintainable codebase.
• Document technical designs, processes, and system requirements.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of the .NET ecosystem, including libraries and tools for building web-based applications.
  • Proficiency with relational databases, particularly SQL Server, including experience with database design and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Remote; 40 hrs / wk, 9am - 5pm EST; some overlap with Eastern Standard Time required.
  • Contract Length: 3 months with potential to extend.Compensation
    • $65.00 per hour USD.
