A company is looking for a Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Marketplace Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy development and execution for ads marketplace, auction, and pricing initiatives
Develop algorithms to enhance the efficiency of the ads marketplace
Oversee end-to-end machine learning workflows for marketplace optimization

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product development, with 5+ years in marketplace optimization
Strong knowledge of ads marketplace optimization and auction mechanisms
Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages
Proven technical leadership in cross-functional settings
