Job Description:

A company is looking for a Blockchain Protocol Engineer focused on building and maintaining a decentralized network.

Key Responsibilities

Writing and deploying smart contracts that govern the economics of the protocol
Designing novel incentive models to reward offchain node operators and collect messaging fees

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience as a software engineer at a staff level
Extensive experience designing, building, and maintaining cryptoeconomic systems
Experience architecting and designing complex protocols onchain
Experience working with auditors to identify vulnerabilities
Proficiency in writing well-tested Solidity code
