record of delivering results?Responsibilities:Collect quantitative
and qualitative data: Prepare, analyse and transform data (models)
into insights, from in- and external sources and in line with the
business needs, in order to deliver correct, timely and complete
information that supports decision making.DATA SOURCING:Coordinate,
assess and select data sources that are available internally and/or
in the market, based on insight needs and requirements, whilst
taking optimal value for money into consideration.DATA
ANALYSIS:Validate, structure, combine and interpret internal and
external (qualitative and quantitative) data (models), information
and developments.INSIGHT GENERATION:Discover ways in which data can
add value for the business, and visualize and model
output.DATABASE:Develop and maintain databases and file relevant
(business) information in existing systems.ADVICE:Advise, challenge
and convince the business (e.g., on data sources and analysis,
commercial opportunities and/or market developments), based on own
expertise. Contribute with key inputs pertaining to territories
planning/management, investments, etc.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:Signal
work process improvement potential, and contribute to the
development, implementation and optimization of systems and
procedures. Fully responsible for sales execution systems and
processes (One CRM) including interface with global/regional and
the rollout of clear improvement areas within the different
organizations.PROJECTS:Manage, and/or participate in systems, data,
information, and insight delivery related projects.What we'd love
