Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Representative to join their
Inside Sales Team and focus on account development, retention, and
expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Customer Review Calls to assess experience, product usage, and
growth opportunities
Build and document renewal quotes, process orders, and maintain
records in the CRM database
Collaborate with internal and external organizations, including
Distributors and Value Added Resellers
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-2+ years of technology inside sales experience (storage
experience preferred)
Experience using a CRM database (HubSpot and Salesforce is a
plus)
Proven history of exceeding sales retention/growth quotas
Experience working in the Channel (Distributors & Resellers) is a
plus
