Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to
provide support to retirees through remote communication.
Key Responsibilities
Answer calls from retirees and respond to inquiries or refer them
to the appropriate area
Perform administrative and data entry tasks, researching and
resolving inquiries
Participate in training including classroom, online courses, and
job shadowing
Required Qualifications
Experience in a client servicing environment, preferably with high
call volumes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Ability to learn multiple computer applications
Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely
Must pass a security background check
