Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Procurement Analyst II to join its organization.Responsibilities

• Analyzes manufacturing, enterprise resource planning, and other material requirements based on needs of assembly demands, replenishments, substitute parts/materials, production set-ups, engineering changes and enterprise supplies.
• Resolves schedule, material requirement or business system problems with cross-functional representatives.
• Approves part or material requisitions and initiates production and purchase orders.
• Resolves master schedules and production problems and negotiates lead times.
• Analyzes supplier's cost, schedule, and technical performance to support program objectives.
• Serves as a conduit between the program, supplier, and company functional organizations to ensure that program objectives are met.
• Implement supply chain strategy and manages requirements.
• Analyze program need dates and ensure supply base can meet delivery schedule.
• Identify alternate sources.
• Support to ensure that all program objectives and schedules are met.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • High School Diploma with 4+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience
  • Knowledge of purchasing and placing purchase orders
  • Knowledge of material planning
  • Knowledge of supply/demand requirements
  • Knowledge of materials/purchasing/buying/continuous improvementPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Familiar with Oracle ASCP and purchasing system
    • Technical Background
    • Ability to Read DrawingsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $60076 - $102130Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
