A company is looking for a Junior Operations QA Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Listen to customer service and sales calls to identify areas for
improvement and adherence to processes
Analyze customer support tickets to identify recurring issues and
opportunities for enhancement
Document findings from data collection activities to contribute to
process documentation and improvement
Required Qualifications
Student (in the last year) or graduate from Business, Management,
Data Analysis, or a similar field
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Lithuanian &
English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous
improvements
