Workday Agile Delivery Lead

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday Delivery Lead - Agile.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile practices by facilitating SCRUM ceremonies and ensuring team alignment
Drive Scaled Agile implementation and coordinate with Agile Release Trains for program objectives
Manage the Workday delivery lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely project completion

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field preferred
5+ years of experience as a SCRUM Master or Agile Delivery Lead in the Workday ecosystem
Proficiency in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies
Certified SAFe Agilist or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) and Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) required
Strong knowledge of Workday implementation and configurations
