Job Description:

ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to join our team in Columbia, MDJoin ManTech's mission-focused national security team delivering enterprise infrastructure capabilities for a global workforce. This role will support the Intelligence Community's Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) platform in Maryland. This role support infrastructure associated with Data Center & Computing Services, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and vendors to deliver services to ManTech's customers in the IC. Responsibilities Included but are not limited to:

• Provide support to senior ISSOs for implementing and enforcing information systems security policies, standards, and methodologies. -
• Assist in the evaluation of security solutions to ensure they meet security requirements for the processing of classified information. -
• Provide configuration management for security-relevant information systems software, hardware, and firmware.
• Maintain records on workstations, servers, routers, firewalls, intelligent hubs, network switches, etc., to include system upgrades and information security assessment results, while developing a plan of action for findings mitigation.
• Plan and coordinate the IT security programs and policies. -Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fifteen (15) years or more experience as an ISSO within the Intelligence Community.
  • Technical bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; four (4) years of additional experience may be substituted.
  • DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Management (IAM) Level 1 or higher is required.
  • Experience to include at least two (2) of the following areas: knowledge of current security tools/hardware/software security implementation, communication prototype, and encryption techniques/tools.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Twenty (20) or more years of experience.Clearance Requirements:
      • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph.Physical Requirements:
        • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 80% of the time. Must communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.6.26.BP.SH.AB.AL.23
