OverviewLMI is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Power Platform Developer to lead application development for senior leadership within an Army program management office in Fort Belvoir, VA. • Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
• Develop and maintain applications using Power Apps.
• Automate workflows and business processes using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Create data visualization and reporting solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions.
• Create scalable, efficient, and secure solutions to meet customer's business objectives.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training.
• Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in Power Platform.QualificationsRequired:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • 5+ years development in Microsoft technologies (3+ years Power Platform).
  • Proficient Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
  • Proficient in solution architecture and design principles.
  • Proficient at Power BI languages (Power Query, M, DAX, SQL, R).
  • Proficient in integration technologies, data connectors, APIs, and protocols.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Desired Qualifications:
    • 2+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition programs with a basic understanding of the acquisition and budgetary processes.
    • Certification in Agile or ability to obtain within 3-4 months (e.g. may include PMP-ACP, ICP, APMG, ACI, CSM, and PSM SAFe) and understanding of the software development process.
