OverviewAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking a Microsoft (MS) Power Platform Developer to work with us in support of the United States Coast Guard and its National Maritime Center. The position is a local in-house position with telework opportunities in Martinsburg, WV.Position pays: $72.12/hrAnsible is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing Federal customers with solutions in many arenas. Our customers face wide-ranging challenges in the fields of national security, health care, and information technology. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers' success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop within the Microsoft Power Platform suite of applications (Power BI, Apps, Portal, Automate, Dataverse).Design, code, and implement solutions using software engineering best practices.Complete various incoming SharePoint assignments.Assess and translate requests to best optimize the user experience, troubleshoot reported issues, and maintain the NMC MS SharePoint configuration using best practices.Build useful and informative Power BI dashboards for use by stakeholders in the NMC.Develop and ensure all solutions, package components and configurations migrate properly between new/established environments.Take part in data analysis, data best practices, database design, programming, and implementation.QualificationsMicrosoft Power Platform Certification may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.Relevant experience may be substituted in other disciplines.Knowledge of Power BI dashboard development.Understanding of SharePoint and Teams site collection architecture, permission management, and creating front-end SharePoint apps and web pages.Ability to work with stakeholders to determine requirements including NMC government oversight.Knowledge of Microsoft AccessAbility to research solutions to development issues when the answer is not clear.Able to work in a Team environment.Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.Bachelor's in information technology, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred.Knowledge of/background in basic statistical analysis methods is preferred.Active Public Trust Clearance is preferred.--All candidates must be able to:


Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift

Lift up to 20 lbs
Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
