Concierge Ancillary Consultant general purpose The Ancillary
Consultant provides critical organizational support, working
directly with MillerKnoll distribution partners to help navigate
and educate a wide range of ancillary portfolio-focused inquiries.
As part of the exceptional Concierge service team, this role will
act as a single point of contact that supports dealer issues across
all disciplines design, sales, customer experience, and technology.
Location This position will be based in either one of MillerKnoll
corporate locations - West Michigan or East Greenville, or one of
MillerKnoll's major markets - Los Angeles, New York City, San
Francisco, Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta or Phoenix.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Act as a key contact for our dealer partners to
support ancillary portfolio inquiries and represent the MillerKnoll
brand experience. Leverage deep knowledge to engage in consultative
positioning to influence dealer decision-making and drive
profitable solutions for MillerKnoll's ancillary portfolio and our
dealer partners. Take the lead on complex topics within the
ancillary portfolio. Identify and create new knowledge materials
for internal teams and dealers. Build and maintain focused
knowledge on ancillary products, specification tools, and resources
across MillerKnoll ancillary brands. Communicate and translate
technical, operational, and product knowledge in a manner that
promotes MillerKnoll's profitability and strategic business
objectives. Executes independent judgment and research in the
development of solutions to meet customer satisfaction while
minimizing business risk and maximizing dealer success. Escalates
issues as necessary. Maintains high dependability and creative
problem-solving to support daily dealer and team needs, focused on
the ancillary portfolio space. Bring clarity and resolution in a
timely, friendly, and accurate manner. Participate in shared
coverage of incoming dealer support through a variety of technology
interfaces phone, email, live chat, and screen share. Applies
problem-solving skills and executes accurate solutions to problems
independently. Maintains accurate records of daily communications,
ongoing issues, and resolutions taken. Responsible for generating
and maintaining proper documentation while complying with work
instructions and departmental standards and proposing ideas for
improvements to workflow processes. Agility to frequently work
across internal departments to solve dealer inquiries, and
highlight the need to improve efficiency, processes, and tools as
necessary to drive dealer share of wallet in the ancillary space.
Leverages technology platforms, including specification tools like
CET, CAP, Scout, and all MillerKnoll Collective resources, to
perform daily functions. Specification of MillerKnoll Ancillary
products to meet dealer or end user needs Creation of deliverables
to promote the specification, selection, and sale of MillerKnoll
ancillary products Performs additional responsibilities as
requested to achieve business objectives. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Degree or equivalent years of professional experience. Minimum of 3
years of related experience Commercial interior design, furniture
applications, or equivalent skills and experiences (preferred).
SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong knowledge or ability to develop knowledge
of MillerKnoll products, services, policies, processes, procedures,
and technology. Customer-centric thrives working with and helping
people and always displays a positive and confident professional
posture. Previous experience with CET Designer, third-party
specification tools, i.e. CAP, Revit, AutoCAD, and the Atlas
Digital Suite preferred. Basic understanding of the furniture sales
process, and how design and sales work together Exceptional
communication skills: verbal, written, listening, empathy, conflict
resolution. Demonstrated expertise in creating and implementing
alternative solutions to a request or problem. Demonstrated ability
to lead and/or participate in continuous improvement teams/projects
and pilot new technology, practices, or business enhancements.
Ability to use office automation/communication software in an
office environment. Pro-active, solution-oriented, creative,
resourceful, and strives for excellence. Able to conduct activities
independent of immediate supervision and professionally represent
MillerKnoll. Comfortable working in both a collaborative team
environment and independently. Ability to work flexible working

$60,500.00 - $75,575.00. Relevant salary considerations will
include candidate qualifications and experience, other
business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be
eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary
