A company is looking for a remote Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer phone and email inquiries
Open service requests and sales orders for parts and projects
Coordinate repairs and technical support with field personnel
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant
experience
Experience with Salesforce system
Proven experience in customer service or call center roles
Working knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
