The Chef Manager will be the lead culinary person who is
responsible for overseeing culinary operations at this site. This
position will be responsible for large-scale, high volume
production in a school setting to include cafeteria service,
catering, micro-market and on-site food truck. As such, the
following represents the qualities and expectations necessary for
success as a qualified Chef Manager.
