Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Supervision Services
provider.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver bi-weekly individual supervision sessions for staff
Document and report biannual progress to HR while maintaining
confidentiality
Collaborate with HR and managerial supervisors on general trends
and resource needs
Required Qualifications
Licensed therapist or clinical social worker with expertise in
trauma-informed care
Proven experience in clinical supervision for professionals working
with trauma survivors
Deep understanding of survivor-centered advocacy and trauma-related
challenges
Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, globally distributed
teams
