Responsibilities


Oversee and coordinate the work of contractors
Manage performance by setting clear goals and expectations
Recognize outstanding performance, builds strong relationships with team members and departments
Ensure team compliance with policies, security and training
Manage project plans, timelines and leads change management in a SAFe agile environment
Manage the delivery of new features, enhancements, and software releases
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
Track project performance and generate reports and applies agile disciplines to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Maintain regular communication and clear reporting with senior and executive stakeholders
Expert in software development life cycle.


Manage best practices for development and deployment process of an Azure DevSecOps environment
Responsible for managing and coordinating the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, ensuring smooth and timely releases of software.
Work with engineers to comprehend code merges and branch ramifications
Schedule, manage and coordinate releases across multiple applications within various portfolios across different teams and projects
Construct a release calendar for the different projects to have a centralized view of all releases.
