Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Services to
provide strategic leadership and program development for commercial
banking needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of commercial relationships to ensure operational
excellence and portfolio growth
Develop and monitor key financial performance metrics to drive
continuous improvement
Streamline processes and optimize systems for enhanced efficiency
and member experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in Business, Finance, or a related
field
Experience in commercial lending, sales, customer service, or
business banking
Minimum eight years of progressively responsible experience in a
financial institution, including two years in a leadership role
Minimum ten years' experience in originating business loans and
credit administration
Minimum five years' experience supervising or managing
employees
