Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workforce Management Specialist to support its Workforce Planning Operations team.



Key Responsibilities

Monitor call queues and manage resource allocation in real-time
Generate and provide reports on scheduling, productivity, and service levels
Coordinate schedule changes and communicate with various teams regarding call and inventory volumes



Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of call center experience
At least 6 months of experience with Verint (or Aspect), Kronos, Workday, and Avaya CMS Supervisor
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
