Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Program Integration Manager to support our work as a prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. The candidate needs to be a detail-oriented self-starter who can quickly come up to speed on new technologies and work collaboratively with staff, peers, leadership, and customers to successfully deliver major programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and program management, a deep understanding of program management methodologies, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the Program Integration Office. The Program Integration Manager will work closely with the Program Integration PAM and senior leadership to align program goals with the organization's strategic objectives, provide guidance and support to program managers, and ensure the successful delivery of programs. The Program Integration Manager maintains and enforces rigorous program management standards throughout the execution lifecycle. These products include, but are not limited to, integrated program schedules, status reports, risk/issue trackers, and process guides.Additional responsibilities of this position includes, but is not limited to:

• Define and manage the Master Project Plan using a hybrid agile/waterfall methodology, establish a governance framework, and maintain a weekly work management cadence to ensure timely completion of deliverables and achievement of milestones.Collaborate with customer stakeholders to manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle-requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment-ensuring alignment and satisfaction.Ensure high-quality, value-added communications, status reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder management across customer leadership, managers, and program staff.Manage and drive the continuous development of industry-specific accelerators (templates, best practices, automation tools) for faster delivery.Develop the PMO Practice, including team growth, business development, and evolution into a leading Systems Engineering and Program Delivery practice.
• Identify and expand opportunities to remain at the cutting-edge of Program Management, Lean Management, and Change Management.
  • Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and status meetings. Manage and monitor risks and issues and develop mitigation plans. Prepare and present status reports to senior leadership as needed. Lead change management initiatives related to program management. Maintain a repository of program documentation and lessons learned.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    Bachelor's Degree in engineering, computer science, or other related technical field 10+ years of experience as a program manager overseeing complex portfolios of projectsPMP certificationSelf-starter who can work with minimal supervision, navigate at the expert level with program management methodologies and frameworksProven experience in delivering large-scale DoD systems engineering programsIn-depth understanding and experience with cross program Risk Management, Schedule Management, and Status ReportingPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills

    Master's degree in applied science, computing, engineering, mathematics, physics, management information systems, or another related engineering or computer science disciplineSystems Engineering experience Supervisory Experience
