ELS is the prime contractor for the associated Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA), Professional Support Services contract. SBSA/PSS include: Acquisition & Program Management; Business & Financial Management; and Configuration & Data Management.Job summary: The subject position supports NAVSEA's PEO USC new construction program office (PMS 515) for the construction of CONSTELLATION Class Guided Missile Frigate (FFG 62). This position is contingent upon contract award.Description: Responsible for configuration management issues associated with maintaining and controlling all hardware inventory, documentation, product releases, and software configuration management. Individual shall also work closely with the Configuration Control Board in defining and implementing procedures for releasing new products throughout the entire life cycle. Individual shall provide change management and product configuration management guidance.Minimum Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience: 15 years of experience in Navy shipbuilding and defense systems
• Specialized Experience: Experience in Navy's shipbuilding CM processesPreferred Qualifications:
• Experience: 20 years of experience in Navy shipbuilding and defense systems
• Specialized Experience: Experience in managing CM among ship platform level and systems level.
