The Director is responsible for nursing care within assigned areas. Responsible for nursing quality programs that are outcome oriented and will develop and implement programs/plans in accordance with government regulations, licensing and accreditation requirements that effectively utilize resources to reach the organizations short and long term strategic goals/objectives/mission. - This position leads the team and services offer on these units: - Labor and Delivery, Post-Partum, NICU (level III). - -
Qualifications

Education/Qualification
Bachelor's Degree
Masters degree in related field requiredCertification in specialty strongly preferred
7 - to 10 years of professional experience that demonstrates a progressive leadership background in specific nursing disciplineSkills
Effective communication skills, both verbal and writtenEffective interpersonal skill
.Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
