Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Business Systems to
lead technology transformation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Finalize the transition and consolidation of systems post-merger,
including CRM, ERP, and billing platforms
Align enterprise system strategies with company goals to enhance
scalability and customer experience
Oversee a team of systems engineers and project managers while
developing a 3-year roadmap for enterprise systems
Required Qualifications
10-15 years in IT/enterprise systems, with experience in healthcare
tech or SaaS
8+ years of people management experience
Experience managing systems in a multi-entity organization
undergoing integration
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a
related field; MBA preferred
Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator/Architect,
PMP, or ITIL are a plus
