Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Monitoring,
Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team to enhance the effectiveness of programs
through data collection and analysis
Provide strategic direction for global program operations and
ensure alignment with MERL principles
Manage departmental budget and staff performance, fostering
professional growth and accountability
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in international development, child development, or
a related field preferred
15 years of experience in international development or related
industry
Technical expertise in monitoring & evaluation, research, and
learning
Strong leadership and management competencies
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or French is a plus
