Job Description:
A company is looking for a DC Coach (Area Manager).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and influence employee production and address concerns
Guide a team to achieve operational targets and ensure visibility
into process flow
Document Help Chain activity and conduct follow-up meetings to
assess work quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or related discipline with at least 3 years of
management experience in distribution or manufacturing; or 5 years
of experience in lieu of a degree
Working knowledge of automated distribution systems and
departmental budgets
PC skills required; experience with Excel, Word, SAP, DCMS, and
Kronos is a plus
Ability to work overtime with little or no notice
Physical capability to load, unload, and move heavy boxes and
packages
