Pay: $120k - $150k

Type: Direct hire

Responsibilities:

Coordinate project work with engineers, technicians, designers, and drafters, including new equipment projects.
Conduct feasibility studies for fabrication, assembly, machining, or processing.
Assist the Maintenance team with assembly and disassembly of process equipment.
Design and lead experiments, create test parameters, analyze data, and implement engineering solutions.
Recommend and implement design modifications to prevent malfunctions.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Six (6) + years of relevant experience.
Experience in analyzing production equipment, processes, and materials.
Proficiency in statistical and quality methodologies (SPC, SQC, 5S, 8D, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Gage R&R, DOE).
Advanced knowledge of thermoforming, injection molding, print, and/or paper equipment and processes is preferred.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost optimization.
