Job Overview:Graham Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Writer with subject matter expertise to support our customers' Federal IT Program Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in creating, reviewing, and managing clear, concise, and impactful documentation to meet the needs of end users and stakeholders. This role requires collaboration with various teams and effectively conveying complex information through innovative visualizations and standardized content.Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and edit program management artifacts, briefings, and reports to ensure they are clear, concise, and tailored to the target audience.
• Utilize visualizations and innovative technology to enhance comprehension and engagement.
• Standardize content across all platforms to ensure consistency and coherence.
• Revise and review documentation as needed or directed, ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Maintain documentation in a centralized repository under version control to ensure accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate and collaborate with key stakeholders, including the customers' Communications team, to gather and incorporate information required for documentation.Qualifications:Required:
  • Clearance: Must possess an active Q clearance or TS/SCI.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years as a technical writer, preferably in federal IT or program management contexts.Skills:
    • Strong technical writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and professional documentation.
    • Proficiency in using visualization tools and innovative technologies to create engaging content.
    • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance standards for accessible documentation.
    • Experience in version control practices and document repository management.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred:
      • Experience working with federal agencies or within federal IT programs.
