Senior Data Center Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr. Data Center Engineer to design, build, and support large-scale Data Center networks.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and support large-scale Data Center networks for customers
Implement and conduct acceptance testing for Data Center networking plans
Manage structured cabling for network connectivity and ensure best practices in HPC environments

Required Qualifications

Technical knowledge of Arista and Mellanox; Cumulus networks is a plus
Extensive experience in virtual networking, including VxLAN and EVPN
Expertise in Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS) and advanced UNIX services
Strong background in physical cabling types, particularly Infiniband HDR and EDR
Experience with configuration management tools like SaltStack, Chef, or Puppet
