Job Description:
A company is looking for a NOC Engineer I - Outage Management
for the 2nd shift (3pm-12am).
Key Responsibilities
Lead teams to ensure availability of technical professionals for
maintenance and outage response
Manage internal and third-party maintenance activities and lead
responses to major network outages
Create reports on trouble tickets and maintenance activities for
internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Manager in a NOC
environment for a telecommunications provider
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Proficiency with Fiber Broadband and IP Network Technologies
In-depth understanding of PON/GPON/XGPON technologies and
architecture
Experience developing and reporting KPIs for team productivity and
employee development
