- Translate complex technical concepts into simple and
understandable terms for diverse audiences.
- Solution selling in a technology environment.
- Designing and architecting solutions that meet customer
needs.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and
partnersMinimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or similar technical
customer-facing role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and
partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a
fast-paced environment
- Experience in conducting needs assessments and crafting
tailored solutionsPreferred Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage
multiple tasks efficiently and ensure accuracy in all aspects of
work
- Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and other
stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly
desirable
- Other relevant industry-recognized certifications are highly
