• Translate complex technical concepts into simple and understandable terms for diverse audiences.
• Solution selling in a technology environment.
• Designing and architecting solutions that meet customer needs.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partnersMinimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or similar technical customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments and crafting tailored solutionsPreferred Qualifications
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work
    • Experience working collaboratively with sales teams and other stakeholders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable
