Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Piping Stress Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares and reviews complex calculations and designs for piping
systems
Develops project budgets, schedules, and work plans while
monitoring progress
Prepares equipment and material specifications, and conducts bid
evaluations
Required Qualifications
BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Mechanics,
Aerospace, or Structural/Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited
program
8 or more years of relevant experience
Knowledge of ASME B31.1 and ASME B&PV Section III piping
codes
Familiarity with the design and application of pipe supporting
elements
Working knowledge of commercially available piping products
