Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Billing Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle patient inquiries regarding billing, account status, and
payment arrangements
Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve payment issues and
process claims
Maintain accurate enrollment records and assist with eligibility
issues
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
Minimum one year of medical billing experience in a healthcare
setting
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong knowledge of medical billing, Medicaid, Medicare, and
commercial insurance practices
Ability to prepare clean claims and handle denials and appeals
